Fellowship Groups

The desire of each Fellowship Group is to magnify Christ through faithful biblical teaching, loving fellowship and a yearning to lift each other up in prayer.

Before our Worship Service on Sunday morning, there are Fellowship Groups that meet together for the purpose of equipping and encouraging one another in practical christian living.

We encourage you to visit one of these Fellowship Groups from 8:30 - 9:30 am on Sunday mornings.

Discipleship and Discipling: Being and Shaping Followers of Christ - Pastor Aaron Johnson

Discipleship and Discipling are terms often utilized and yet fuzzily defined. This class will have two sections, the first of which (discipleship) will focus on clarifying an understanding of what the call to follow Christ is in one's own life. The second section (discipling) will examine the process of encouraging others in imitating the Lord Jesus.

Living Transformed by Christ: Daily Spiritual Disciplines - Kris Drent & Ben Heimann

The scriptures instruct us to be transformed in our thinking (Romans 12:2) by gazing upon the glory of the Lord (2 Corinthians 3:18) and His perfect law of liberty (James 1:25). God gifted us with His Word for this purpose being completely sufficient to prepare us to live in accordance with His Will (2 Timothy 3:16-17). In this class, we will explore many avenues of living transformed by Christ. Our current series is Daily Spiritual Disciplines. We are to exercise ourselves for the purpose of growing in Christ-likeness. Many of us know the means given to us to do this, yet fail to implement these in our lives and enjoy the abundant life Jesus promised His followers. Our class will examine the disciplines expressed in scripture by which we are to grow in Christ and encourage one another in the ways in which we can be successful walking in these.
